1. The coloring function of beta carotene.
Natural beta carotene has been listed as a colorant in People's Republic of China national standard (GB-2760). Natural beta-carotene has good coloring properties, its color changes with the concentration, can cover all the colors from orange to yellow, so it is favored by the food industry.
